y	yukimune on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらのお店で自転車を購入したのは2度目です。購入時に店員の接客も良かったし保険の様な物があり加入すると盗難も安心ですし、メンテナンスもして貰えるのでこのお店に決めました。駅方面に行く時たまに油を差して貰ったりするのですが、確かに店員により態度が大分違うと思います。良い人だと返事良く丁寧にチェーンを回しながら油を差してくれたりしますが、悪い人に当たるととにかく無愛想で簡単に潤滑を良くするスプレーを吹きかけて終わりです。態度の良い店員さんと悪い店員を比べると残念な気持ちになりますね。それと店員が直ぐに変わるから会社自体に何か問題があるのかと勘繰りたくなります。自分が良い店員だなぁと思った人達は誰も残っていません。 This is the second time I have bought a bicycle at this shop. Y	Y T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二度と利用したくない。こちらのお店で購入したことを心より後悔。全くおすすめできない自転車屋さんです。ネットショップで自転車を買い、家から近かったこちらの店舗で受け取りをしたのがきっかけです。受取と修理で合わせて3回店舗を訪れていますが、毎回必ず嫌な気持ちになるような接客態度です。自転車屋さんに丁寧な接客を求めているわけではありません。しかしながら、ここのスタッフさんはヒドイ言葉遣いで、人に不快感を与えるようなあまりにも酷い言動で接客をされます。少しここからは離れてしまいますが、あさひさんで今後は購入することにします。本当にもう二度とこちらのスタッフさんと話したくない。 I don't want to use it again. ま	まきたしげこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここは、都内に100店舗くらいあるサイクルスポットの1号店。この1号店ができて間もなく買ったママチャリ!　よくぞ今まで頑張った！　まだ十分乗れるけど、買い替えました。この近くには自転車屋さんが4軒ある。どこがいいか分からないが、ここが一番大きくて、見るだけの時、入り易いのでここをえらんだ。 This is the first cycle spot store with about 100 stores in Tokyo. Mamachari I bought shortly after this first store was opened! I can still ride enough, but I bought a new one. There are four bicycle shops near here. I don't know where to go, but I chose this because it's the biggest and it's easy to get in when I just look at it.

I wanted to buy a bike, and the shop assistant mention something about lights, kickstand and lock. As I did not understand, me and my partner ask him if it was included, also asking: but is this free? 無料？And he said yes... So I though it was a promotion. At the end he added the price of all that stuff, as he already installed it in the bike I did not want to argue, but it felt completely wrong :(.
