★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初回はとても親切にしていただきましたが、2回目はとても心無い対応でした。ご主人が自転車を取りに来たい時間に当方が合わなかったのが気に入らなかったようです。
突然のパンクで子供のお迎えなどの予定もあり予定を縫うようにしてどうにかご主人の予定に合わせますと申し出ましたが電話を途中で切られました。
困り果てました。

対応も良く、こちらにお願いして良かったです。

I don't think other stores will offer this much service at this price. In fact, when I contacted another store by phone, I was told that it was about 6500 yen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 後輪のタイヤが「切り裂きパンク」して、訪問したら 素早く対策して頂き、接客も丁寧でした。修理専門、職人気質のオーナーで 他の箇所も解体してメンテナンスして頂き助かりました。他の自転車屋なら6500円〜ですが、5000円(税込み)ポッキリで満足するサービスです。同じ車種を新車で購入したら16400円(税込み、防犯登録費用込み)ですが、性能や乗り心地は変わりません。ECOの観点からも修理しながら大切に乗り続けるのも一案です。 「安い・早い・巧い❗」の 最良の店でした。次も御願いします。
