1年前に此処で祖父の形見の電動自転車を治してもらっていたが毎回他の自転車をお勧めしてきて、祖父の形見だから直してほしいと伝え断ってきたが、パンクを治しに行ったら店員が(うわっ来た)とボソッと小声で言ったのが聞こえました。その後はなんだかんだで治してくれたが今思い出して此処に評価させてるもらいます。その時はまだ学生で肝が小さく何も言い出せずそのままですが今思い出すとてもとても腹が立ちます。一年ほど前なのでその店員はどっかに移動しているかと思いますがこのような事があった事は忘れません。

パナソニック製自転車の変速機(シマノ製)の調整をお願いしたが、調整できず。メーカーに問い合わせて連絡しますとのことで、伝票に住所・氏名・電話番号を書いて帰宅したが、その後なしのつぶて。5年経ちますがまだ連絡がありません。販売はしてもメンテナンスはしたくないという企業体質のようです。

暇そうな店員さんが談笑していて、いらっしゃいませ等の声掛けはありませんでした。 気になる商品があったので案内をうけたかったのですが商品の前に居ても、店員さんを見ても特に此方に来ることも無く...お店に活気も感じられず電動自転車を買いたかったのですが高価な物をここで買う気なくなりそそくさと退店しました。 自分から話しかければ良かったのですが店員さん同士でずっと話されていて近寄り難かったです。

先日、レース2日前に自分のロードバイクに決戦用ホイールをはかせたところ、後輪に空気が入らないという緊急事態に陥りました。チューブラーのため、自分で修理するよりお店にやっていただいた方が確実と考え、お世話になっている自転車屋さんを尋ねたのですが、閉まっていたため、急遽こちらにお邪魔しました。事情を説明したところ、修理を受け付けてくださりました。数分後、修理が完了したと言われ、お金もかからなかったので、感謝してとても良い気分になりました。空気圧が修理前と変わっていなかったことに若干違和感を覚えました。ここで気づくべきでしたね… そして翌日、問題の後輪に空気を入れようとしたところ、修理前と同様に空気が入りませんでした。「直りました」と言いながら、直していなかったようです。せめて、技術力不足で直らないなら正直に言って欲しかったですし、嘘を吐くのを最低だと思います。本当に裏切られたと思いました。結局、レースには空気圧の低い状態で出場しました。なんとか結果は残せましたが…。 人の大切なものを扱うお仕事をする上で、嘘を吐いて客を裏切る行為はこれを最後にしてもう2度としないでください。 ぜひ改善していただきたいです。

久しぶりに来店したら、接客が悪くなっていました。いらっしゃいませ、ありがとうございましたと言う声がけはなかったです。スタッフ同士で談笑して、お客には笑顔は見せないんですね。質が悪すぎる。コロナ禍でのソーシャルディスタンスの意味を完全に履き違えています。 若い男性が多く、the現代人という対応。色白で塩顔、小柄な男性に対応して頂きましたが接客が最悪でした(次、同じような対応されたら名前出しますよ?)他の方もおっしゃっていますが、声が小さくゴニョゴニョ話すので何言ってるか殆ど分からなかったです。必要最低限の定形文しか話さず、質問には短文かつ浅い知識でサクッと答え、あまりお客と関わりたくないのだろうという印象でした。自転車の知識も乏しい。ソウデスネーソウデスネー、ロボットなのですか?迷っていた時に面倒な態度をしないで欲しかったです。安い消耗品を買いに来ているわけではないのですよ、毎日使う大事な自転車を買いに来ているのですよ。 少しは情報提供をして頂けるのかと思っていましたが、何も教えて下さらないので…自分で品番のQRコード読み取り、店内にいるのに、何故が自分で商品情報調べました。悲しくなりました。 3年前にいらっしゃった熱心で感じのいい店長さん、今はいらっしゃらないのでしょうか? 親族一同、皆、あさひで自転車を買っていて、 あの店長さんのファンでした。 今回はとても不快な思いをした買い物でした。 購入はオススメはしませんが、外に置いてある無料の空気入れはオススメします。一瞬で入ります。 そして! 前にいた店長さんは帰り際、ありがとうございました?と外まで自転車を出して下さいましたが、今回は入口付近で無言で要らない物を渡すかのように商品を渡して、さっさとカウンターの方へ帰っていかれました。なんなのですか?仕事したくないのですか?なにか嫌な事でもあったのですか?やっつけ仕事なだけ?たかが自転車の買い物だろ?さっさと帰れよとでも思っているのですかね… 初めて、ここまで酷い現代を象徴する【省エネ型、定形人間】に出会ってびっくりしました。
