★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日友人から譲り受けたロードバイクを点検してもらいにいくと、とても丁寧に時間をかけて行っていただけました。また、ロードバイクは初めてだったのであまり知識はなかったのですが様々な注意点なども教えていただけました。
また利用したいと思います。

開店待ちの列が時々あります。夜は夜で修理待ちの自転車が沢山、、)
呉市内の自転車屋さんで修理が6000円くらいと言われ、相見積のためアサヒに持っていくと2500円くらいで治りました。
チェーン店で修理が安いので、みんな駆け込むのでしょう。
その代わり個人店ほどのきめ細かなサービスは難しいと思います。

子供の自転車を購入しました、副店長は細かく子供に合わせたりしてくれますが他の店員は丁寧に合わせてくれませんでした。店員さんで対応がかなり違うので、副店長が出勤してるときに購入することをすすめます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 購入した自転車について、プラス料金でアフターサービスみたいなものがあって入ったけど、ブレーキの調子を何度見てもらっても仕様ですとの返答しかない。先日別の自転車屋で見てもらったら直ぐに直してくれた。
買うだけ買わせて金払わせたら後は適当な対応しかしない店だということがよく分かった。そもそもきちんと点検したのかすら怪しい。
2度と利用しない。

（勿論、呼べばちゃんと来てくれます(笑)）
店においている自転車は手が出やすい値段のものが多く、一歩上を目指す方には品揃えは物足りないかも？
何度か点検も修理もしてもらいましたが感じはよいと思いました。気づいてなかったハンドルのガタつきも調整してくれてありがたかったです。
パンク修理を２度お願いましたがタイミングによっては待ち時間がとても長くなるみたいですね…自分で直せという話ですが（^^;
それ以外では特に不満を感じることはなかったと思います。チェーン店があちこちにあるので遠出してる際になんかあった時には心強いかも？

素人にもわかりやすく部品を手に取り参照しながら手にとって一つずつ説明してくれました。
結果としては不良ではなくこちら側の勘違いでしたが
クレームにもかかわらず対応は柔和にしていただきました。
その後、通常修理をして帰宅。

価格は安くもなく高くもない。（値引きはないみたいです）
自転車の修理で利用しました。
車から降ろしていると店員さんが出てきてくれました。
お店から店員さんが出てきてくれるお店って今思えばとても珍しいと思います。
料金もわかりやすくて事前に説明があったため安心して修理の自転車を預けることが出来ました。
ただどの仕事も人手不足なのか時間はそこそこかかるみたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to buy bicycles. They only sell new bicycles and won't buy the used ones or have exchange facility. Service is pretty fast. Open in Sundays too. Lowest priced bicycle is mamachari type bicycle which costs about ¥ 13900. For registration, there is additional charge of ¥600.
