ぽ	ぽぽ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく店員さんの対応が良かったです！ロードバイクに何の知識も無かったのですが、研修中と下げた店員さんが一生懸命説明して下さいました。こちらの希望を伝えると、店員さん総出で色々調べて下さったり、快く試乗もさせて頂けました。色々と無理を言ってしまい本当に申し訳無かったです。皆さん嫌な顔ひとつせず、終始にこやかに対応して下さりとても有難かったです。店員さんも男性だけでなく女性のしっかりされた方がいらっしゃるので、相談しやすいと思います。店内も広く明るくて清潔感があり、自転車の並びもきれいで見やすかったです(^^) Anyway, the clerk's response was good! く	くうちゃこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前に出川にあるお店でタイヤの取り付けをお願いしたらとても感じがよかったので、自宅により近い村井のお店も利用してみましたが... 応対してくれたのは若い男性でしたが、店員さん同士で店の入り口で会話していて、私が自転車を引いてお店に入っても、すぐには応対してもらえませんでした。自転車をお店に預けて、後で電話がきましたが、その際の女性店員さん(多分メガネをかけた方)は、こちらが「お世話様です」と言ってもスルーして用件を切り出す。言い方もイライラしたトーンで印象悪い。早口で聞き取りにくいので聞き返すと余計にイライラした感じになり、更に印象悪い。お店で雰囲気がこうも違うものかと驚きました。対応自体はスムーズでしたけどね。でも、次回からは出川のお店を利用します。 When I asked for tires to be installed at a store in Degawa before, it felt very good, so I also tried using Murai's store, which is closer to my home ...
