こ	ここ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とてもお洒落なお店です。髪型を大きく変えたくてInstagramで評判も良さそうなのを見て勇気を出して行きました。が、担当してくださった男性の美容師の方、とても自信があるようで威圧的な言葉使い態度に、全てが終わらない前にとても帰りたいと言う気持ちになりました。カウンセリングに力を入れいらっしゃるのはとても素晴らしいです。ただ、語尾に『クレームは受け付けられないので』や『自己責任なら』など沢山言われ判断しようにも出来ず、最終的にこちらの希望は何も叶わず、来たことを後悔しました。合う合わないはあるとは思いますが、ここまで酷い対応は初めてだったことホットペッパーやInstagramには良い評価ばかりだったので、こう言う意見もあることを知って頂きたく投稿しました。どうか改善していただき、皆様が行きやすいお店になりますよう心から願っております。 It's a very fashionable shop. b	b b on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シャンプーの後のタオルドライのタオルが生乾き臭で本当に臭すぎて不快でした。マスクをしていたのですが、マスク越しでも分かるほど臭かったです。シャンプーが終わって、初めに髪を拭かれた瞬間に既にタオルが濡れていたように感じたので、ほかのお客様との使い回しなのでしょうか？コロナでこのようなご時世なので、使い回しだとしたらとても不衛生で不安です。せっかくカラーして、シャンプーしたのに、タオルの生乾き臭が髪にも移ったようで、その後のドライヤーかけてもらっている時にドライヤーの風に乗って生乾き臭が凄かったです。客毎に道具やタオルなどは替えて、清潔なものを使用していないのでしょうか？生乾きの菌が髪に付着し、菌が増殖して髪が抜けたらどうしようなどと帰宅するまで気が気じゃありませんでした。カラー後すぐにシャンプーをしてしまうと退色するのでしたくなかったのですが、臭すぎて帰宅後すぐにシャンプーしました。その場で直接や電話やホットペッパービューティーの口コミでは言いづらいのでこちらで言わせて頂きました。生乾き臭は本当に本当に不快でした。せっかくのシャンプーの香りやスタイリング剤の香りが生乾き臭と混ざって最悪でした。数回目の利用で、仕上がりは満足したので余計に残念でした。 The towel-dried towel after shampoo was really dry and unpleasant. I didn't want it to fade if I shampooed it immediately after coloring, but it smelled so bad that I shampooed it right after I got home. It's hard to say directly on the spot, by phone, or by word of mouth for Hot Pepper Beauty, so I said it here. The dry odor was really really unpleasant. The scent of shampoo and styling product mixed with the dry scent was the worst. After using it for a few times, I was satisfied with the finish, so I was disappointed.
