★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長らくお世話になっています。コーチの方に一部致命的な問題はありますが、細かいことを気にしなければ良い環境かと思います。利用する世代は10代〜80代以上の方まで幅広いです。一般のジムなどのトレーニング器具と比べれば負荷はとても軽いので継続は辛くないと思います。体のハンデがある方は事前によく話を通しておかないと一部のコーチに怠けているとみなされ見下されるような態度を取られるかもしれませんが…まあ自己責任で。
I have been indebted to you for a long time. There are some fatal problems for coaches, but I think it's a good environment if you don't care about the details. The generations that use it are wide, from teens to those in their 80s and above. Compared to training equipment such as general gyms, the load is very light, so I think it is not difficult to continue. If you have a physical handicap, you may be considered lazy by some coaches and look down on you if you don't talk to them in advance ... well, at your own risk.
