★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一昨年に受けた人間ドックで「コレステロール値が高いので３ヶ月後に再検査してください」と言われたのを機に通い始め、再検査では数値が20も下がったことに驚きました。
18ヶ月の成果は目に見えて痩せたということはありませんが?食べても体重は増えにくくなったと感じています。
スタッフの皆さんもフレンドリーで生活の一部になりつつあります。
I started going to the human dock I received two years ago when I was told, "Cholesterol level is high, so please retest after 3 months." I was surprised that the number dropped by 20 in the retest.
The results of 18 months haven't been visibly thin, but I feel that eating has made it harder for me to gain weight.
The staff are also friendly and becoming a part of life.

筋肉痛にもならない。
ウェアーもシューズも気にしないで
気楽な感じ。続きそうな気がします。
