★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カーブスに通いはじめてもう少しで5年になります、歩いたりは、していたのですが独りだと毎日続けるのが大変でした、孤独感も感じる時もありました、ある日、旅行先で朝、早くに目が覚めたのでテレビを着けてみるとカーブスのコマーシャルが其を観て帰宅後に近くのカーブスを探して通うようになったんです、これも何かの出会いだと思い続けています、始めた頃の目標が先ずは、5年でゴールドカード?️を貰う事です、あと二ヶ月です気張らずに頑張ります?。
 It's been almost 5 years since I started going to Curves, I used to walk, but it was hard to keep going every day when I was alone, sometimes I felt lonely, one day, in the morning at my travel destination, I woke up early, so when I put on the TV, I saw a Curves commercial and started looking for a nearby Curves after I got home, I keep thinking that this is also an encounter, beginning My goal at that time was to get a gold card ?️ in 5 years, and I'll do my best in 2 months ?.

スタッフの皆さんは、いつもお仕事に真摯に取り組んでおられます。メンバー一人ひとりに丁寧に向き合うのはなかなか大変なことだと思いますが、頑張ってくださっています。有り難いことです。お蔭さまで毎日が快適です。
It's been 9 years since the opening of the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カーブスに通いはじめて半年、ジム通いは初めてですが、カーブスだから続いてると思います。
時間も30分で予約もいらないし気ままなわたしにはピッタリ。運動が嫌いなわたしでも筋肉がついてきてるのを実感します。
コーチの方もいつも元気よく挨拶してくれて
それだけでわたしも元気になれます♪
これからも細く長く続けていこうと思います。
ほんとは星⭐️5つにしたいけど土曜日が半日で日曜日がお休みなので星⭐️4つにしました。
It's been six months since I started going to Curves, and it's my first time to go to the gym, but I think it's continuing because it's Curves.
The time is 30 minutes and no reservation is required, so it's perfect for me who is carefree. Even though I hate exercise, I feel that my muscles are getting stronger.
The coach always greets me cheerfully
That alone will make me feel better ♪
I will continue to be thin and long.
I really want to have 5 stars, but since Saturday is half a day and Sunday is closed, I chose 4 stars.

コーチの皆さんが元気で明るく、とっても親切です。
筋トレはもちろん、健康やからだの悩み、食生活のことなどの様々な相談に乗ってくださいます。
今日も頑張ろう！と元気をもらえる場所です。

フロア内の換気やマシン消毒などの感染症予防対策をしっかりされています。
緊急事態宣言中ですが、保健所などの感染症予防ガイドライン？をクリアしているので、全国2000店舗が営業できています～とコーチが言っていました。
あとこの楠葉店は、全国2000店舗の中でベストサービスクラブ1位に選ばれたそうです

最近いやなことがあって気分が落ち込んでいたのですが、今日もカーブスに行くと、コーチの笑顔に元気をもらえました。
また、筋トレで体を動かすと、スッキリして少し気分も上向きになりました(*^^*)
明日も行こうと思います♪

A state of emergency is being declared, but is it an infectious disease prevention guideline for health centers? The coach said that 2000 stores nationwide are open because they have cleared.
Also, this Kuzuha store is said to have been selected as the best service club among 2000 stores nationwide.
