カラーを予約して行きました。このコロナのご時世なのでマスク着用で施術をお願いしました。
まずカラーリングで希望の色を伝えるとえ？どんな色ですか？と全然伝わらない。写真を見せてもあーはい。それ以降の施術は初対面なのにタメ口。失礼すぎる。さらにネットには70分と書かれていたのに2時間経過。幼い子供を実親に預けてきた事を伝えたにもかかわらず遅い。
挙げ句の果てにマスクを外すとマスクの紐に染料が染み込んだ為にマスクの紐にそって顔にくっきりと染料が付いて中々落ちない。しかも耳など顔の色々な所に染料がついていました。美容室の後予定があったのでそのまま外出しましたが、とても恥ずかしかった。
普通は染料が付いてしまったら落としてくれるはずだと思う。もし予想外に染み込んでしまったら確認と処置を行なってくれてもよかったのではないか。
こんなんでお金取られたのかと思うと悲しくなります。
二度と行きません。

Normally, I think it should remove the dye once it's attached. If it had soaked in unexpectedly, it would have been nice to have confirmed and taken action.
It makes me sad to think that I was taken money.
I will never go again.
