★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近所の電気屋さんに家電の修理を依頼したところ、保証の範囲内とのことでメーカーさん（コチラ）に対応していただきました。
故障内容を詳しく伝えたところ、そのまま日付の予約、その後修理担当さんと時間調整（都合の良い日、時間帯で上手く行きました）
当日も時間通り来訪され、一時間ほどで修理完了（故障部位、パーツ在庫、伝えた状況から予測される故障との合致）（うちのは直る故障だっただけで、状態によるかとは思います）
対応も丁寧でとても良かったです。

When I asked an electrician in the neighborhood to repair the home appliances, the manufacturer (here) responded that it was within the warranty.
After telling the details of the failure, I made a reservation for the date as it was, and then adjusted the time with the repair staff (it went well on a convenient day and time zone).
The visit was made on time on the day, and the repair was completed in about an hour (matching the failure part, parts inventory, and the failure predicted from the reported situation) (I think it depends on the condition, only the failure was repaired).
The correspondence was also polite and very good.
