There was a small sign on the street that said it was 15 meters away, just walk into the alley and you'll see metal letters spelling Crux at the stairwell. Once inside you'll find a cool bouldering only gym. They offer shoe rental and provide chalk. I had a fun time!

You can pay to visit once instead of having to pay an induction fee. Only downside was how hard it was to find! Go round the side of the building and its down an alleyway. There is a sign saying "crux". Go through the door and then downstairs.
J	Junze Zheng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just go through the main entrance of the building, take the lift to b1. it'd seem awkward due to the weird entrance (wooden door with a very Alice In Wonderland feel to it) , but that's probably your fastest way to reach the gym . Routes are generally interesting and worth the challenge.

Finding the entrance looks kinda sketchy, but once you're inside, it's super chill. V0s through V6/7s and the routes are more suited towards those with shorter heights compared to American gyms
R	Rick Bowen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: -Chill bouldering gym in Kyoto. -Unlike some reviewers, I actually like how hidden it is. -A bit more affordable than other gyms. -Has fun albeit difficult problems. -Good climbing music. I want to give it five stars but... Cons: -Could use a bit of TLC. Maybe a fresh coat of paint on the climbing walls and a good dusting near the entrance. (To compete with the more modern climbing gyms.) -Locks on the lockers would be much appreciated! (So I could spend more time climbing and less time worrying). Update- The first time I went here I found the mats to be quite stiff compared to other gyms in the area. HOWEVER! Between the time that I went there and the time of this review, I saw on their instagram that they completely replaced all of the padding! I will definitely be back to test it out!
