車の引取に関しては、廃車の知識が全くない私に丁寧に、必要な書類など教えてました。
中古部品に関しては、車検証の情報をいくつかお伝えしただけで部品を見つけて案内してくれました。
本社工場にも伺いましたが、工場のスタッフの方々も親切に事務所の場所を案内してくださり、作業の手を止めて私に挨拶をしてくれました。
「自動車解体」ということもあり、あまり良いイメージがありませんでしたが、スタッフの方の対応の素晴らしさにビックリしました。
また機会があったら車の買取、中古部品の注文をお願いしたいです。
