ジムの練習生皆、楽しみながら強く、健康になれると口を揃えて言います。
特に中高年のオヤジ世代が頑張っていますよ。サンドバッグやリングなど充実した設備も有り難いです。
Logical and easy-to-understand guidance tailored to the individual level is very attractive.
All the gym trainees say that they can have fun, be strong and be healthy.
Especially the middle-aged and older generation is doing their best. We are grateful for the extensive facilities such as punching bags and rings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外観は少し古い感じですが、中に入るとサンドバッグ多数、ウェイトコーナー、常設リングがあり、ジム内も清潔に保たれています(^^)
会長のご指導も細かい部分まですごく丁寧にご指導して頂けます(^^)！
ジムの仲間とも練習だけではなく、BBQや親睦会などで繋がりを持て、交友関係も広くなりました(^^)
毎回の練習が楽しみに通えるジムです！
The appearance is a little old, but inside there are many punching bags, weight corners, permanent rings, and the inside of the gym is kept clean (^^)
You can also give the chairman's guidance very carefully in every detail (^^)!
In addition to practicing with my friends at the gym, I was able to connect with them through BBQ and social gatherings, and my friendship became wider (^^)
