そして、店内から料理に至る所にカラフルな草木が散りばめられ、まるで植物園にいるような没入感が体験できます。
最後の液体窒素のラスクも初めての体験でしたが、しっかり噛まなかったので舌に少しひっついてしまいましたが、とても楽しかったです！
エンターテイメント性の強いレストランで、終始楽しめました！

素敵なモダンフレンチのお店で斬新なお料理が前菜からデザートまで続きます
見た目が美しいだけではなくソースや素材にもこだわりがあり味もとても深くランチはお値段も安くかなりお得です。
コースには載っていませんでしたが最後に液体窒素で調理した不思議なラスクを試させていただいたり美味しいだけではなく楽しいひとときでした
店員さんも一つ一つ料理の説明を丁寧にしてくれてサービスもかなり行き届いています。

一瞬ここであっているのだろうか、と迷いそうになっていたら入口前でスタッフの方がお出迎えのため、待っていてくれて、迷わずにすみました笑
外までのお出迎えなんて初めて。おもてなしすごいです。
この日は友人のバースデーお祝いでランチ時に伺いました。
店内も装飾されていて、雰囲気がステキ〜！
8名限定にしてるので、密にもならず安心できます。見事に全員女性でした。
とにかく食器にこだわっていて可愛くて、まるでアートのよう！細かいところまでこだわっているので、視覚的に楽しめるお店です。
次はどんなお料理が出てくるのかな、とワクワクさせてくれる！

パンにつけるオリーブや岩塩は、試験管に入っていて、これもまた楽しみながら食事ができます。
店員さんも詳しく説明していただき接客も素晴らしく、ステキな時間を過ごすことができました。
デザートのときに一緒に頂くドライアイスのラスクを食べたら、とっても面白いことになります！

I visited at lunch on this day to celebrate my friend's birthday.

The inside of the store is also decorated and the atmosphere is wonderful!
Since it is limited to 8 people, you can rest assured that it will not be dense. All were beautifully women.
Anyway, I am particular about tableware and it is cute, just like art! It is a shop that you can enjoy visually because we are particular about the details.
It makes me excited to see what kind of food will come out next!

食材も調理法も味付けも盛り付けも、全てが素晴らしいもので、特別な日には本当にオススメです。写真はフォアグラです。この他にもキャビア、蟹、すっぽん、トリュフなど、珍しい食材もふんだんに使われていました。
また食器やグラスへのこだわりが凄かったです。食後のカフェのカップも一人一人に合わせて選んで下さいました。
お店の方に色々聞いてみると、エンターテインメントとしても楽しめると思います。
またぜひ伺いたいです。
