体の状態について一つ一つ丁寧に解説して下さり、
自宅でのケアの仕方まで分かりやすくアドバイスをしてもらえたので、自分でも頑張れそうです。
また力加減が丁度良く、浮腫みや肩凝りもスッキリとしました。
ぜひまた利用したいです。
