その時の旬の桃を使用しているので、産地や種類を変えているのが素晴らしく、桃のシーズンで長く提供されています。
予約が取りにくいのと、グリーンリーフが年々少なくなっているのが淋しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 噂を聞きつけ初体験。桃のパスタは素晴らしかったです！桃、トマトの塩加減が絶妙。他のパスタも美味しいっと聞いたので色々食べたのですが桃のパスタ程ではありませんでした。色々野菜などが入りすぎている気がします。やっぱパスタが主役になれるイタリアンがクラシック一番だと感じました。

First experience after hearing rumors. The peach pasta was great! The saltiness of peaches and tomatoes is exquisite. I heard that other pasta is delicious, so I ate a lot, but it wasn't as good as peach pasta. I feel that there are too many vegetables in it. 特にフルーツパスタは想像の上をいきますが、今回は他メニューを攻めてみました！が！正解！どれをとっても、定番メニューですら思い浮かべるものより上のものが出てきます✨

もっと甘いのを想像してたのですが
かなり酸味と塩味が強く
口には合いませんでした
連れのコーヒーは酸っぱかったので
シェフはかなり酸味があるものが好きだと思いました。
でもサラダは美味しかったです。
量増やしてそれだけのお店を出したほうがいいかもですね。
にしても
あの値段と予約しづらさで
また行きたいとは思いませんでした。

平日限定のパスタセットをいただきました。
モチモチ平麺に沢山のタコのラグーソースが絡みとても美味しかったです。
ドルチェとエスプレッソも頼みました。
ドルチェのパンナコッタは紅茶の薫りがして良き。エスプレッソがめちゃくちゃ美味しかった・・なんだこの華やかな香り・・もう一杯飲みたかった・・！後から知ったのですが、中目黒のカフェファソンさんのオリジナルブレンド豆を使っているそうです。
総じて好きなものしかなかったです。
フルーティーさ、酸味、薫りなどが好みなひとにおすすめしたいです。

I also ordered dolce and espresso.
Dolce's panna cotta is good with the scent of black tea. The espresso was insanely delicious ... what a gorgeous scent ... I wanted to drink another cup ...! As I learned later, it seems that they are using the original blended beans from Cafe Facon in Nakameguro.
Generally, I only had what I liked.
I would like to recommend it to people who like fruitiness, sourness, and fragrance.

ランチ時に訪問。2種類のパスタが選べるコースを注文。
選んだパスタは、みかんの冷製パスタとチーズのパスタ。
果物のパスタは季節によって旬のフルーツが使われてるみたいです。1月はみかん。みかんの甘酸っぱさが、さっぱりとしていてカッペリーニによく馴染んでいます。
チーズのパスタも、濃厚な味わいで凄く美味しかったです。
2種類のパスタコースは、料理提供にたっぷり時間を使うので、最低でも食べ終えるまでに1時間半はかかります。
時間に余裕を持って行かれると良いです。
ランチ時は満席になることもあります。
