★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a small space so I would say if going as a group, four or five at max would be ideal. You get 15 minutes to destroy some glass, pottery, and other miscellaneous junk. Reservations should be made to guarantee there will be enough stuff prepared to match the option you purchase. It can get sweaty with the protective wear on, so hydrate beforehand and pace yourself.
The flow of the experience for me was as follows:
1. Sign a standard liability waiver with your name, address and phone numbers. Listen to the warnings and instructions about what's allowed and not.
2. Choose the junk volume option if you didn't already make a reservation and pay. Price per person changes a little depending on party size.
3. Put your belongings down to the side and get dressed in protective clothing (and pose for a photo if you want)
4. Go in and destroy the objects that have been set up for you to break until the timer is up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super fun place to take your anger out and smash some things! The worker guy was super friendly and chill. He even let us take tons of pictures. There's a smart phone holder inside the crash room which is very convenient.
