N	Nhi Nguyen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to get your hair cut or colored!! I highly recommend going here if you're in the Osaka area. The staff members were all patient, kind, and had great humor. I had an appointment but got lost for an hour looking for it (my fault completely) but a staff member came out to guide me to their beauty salon. I got ash gray/gray balayage and they spent 4-5 hours on it and I really appreciated that. They didn't rush even though they worked an hour over the time they were suppose to finish. Thank you so so so much Craive NY!!! Much love and appreciation :)

The service was friendly, although the place was quite crowded with clients. As a westerner with blonde hair there's only a few places I can go in Kansai area. This is definitely one of the best ones. A little pricey though for a ladies' color &cut..
J	Jessica N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudden decision to get a haircut and they managed to squeeze me in. I originally wanted a hair treatment too, unfortunately they didn't have enough time for it. My stylist was Shuji Miyazaki, he doesn't speak English but they have translators on site to help communicate. If you're like me and quite an introvert who don't like to chat, he's a great choice as he's completely focus on getting your hair done to perfection. I went in with the notion of getting a simple cut, didn't really communicate much on style and what needed to be done besides the length to cut off. Completely left it up to the stylist to decide what looks best given the current conditions of my hair. His professionalism was able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong with my previous cut that I didn't like. He got it all fixed in the hour sitting that I was there for. Overall very please with my new cut and would go back next time I'm in the country. The styling at the end of the cut was surely a bonus.

The guy cut for me is called Masashi. He's so attention to details and know how to get the best job done. I'm feeling so lucky he's going to move to my city early next year so I can get my hair cut by him for at least a year!

The staff are nice and good at what they do! Yuji gave me a cut and straight perm and I love it~! The prices are fair. It is pricey, but the service is professional and they guarantee to fix it if you don't like it. The salon doesn't have much of a smell even with several people getting perms or dying their hair! I'm sensitive to smells, so I was worried.

The haircut took around 2hrs. In the US it usually takes 1hr, but it was clear how careful, precise, and thoughtful he was being— way more than most American hair stylists. When I wasn’t sure about something, he would do it little by little so that it was exactly how I wanted it. The haircut turned out perfectly, and it was a very reasonable price. Best haircut I’ve ever gotten. And they have very good English. Thank you so much!!

The entire crew is wonderful and nice. They try their best to understand what kind of haircut you're looking for even if your Japanese is close to none existent. They're styling and technique is superior to any salon I've been to. And I have gotten haircuts in NYC, London, Paris, Milano, and Dubai. Easily the best place I've been to. I've visited first for a haircut, fell in love with professionalism and atmosphere, so I booked another appointment to dye my hair grey, and it looks incredibly better than I thought it would be!
