★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うん、やっぱりココはこうでないと始まらないよね。何気にスジ切りしてくれているのでとても食べやすいし、ご飯お代わり出来るのも嬉しいな。
今回16年振りに再訪したけど、マスター以前よりも気さくになったなぁ☺️
 Yeah, Coco doesn't start unless it's like this. It's very easy to eat because it's cut into streaks, and I'm glad that I can replace it with rice.
I revisited this time for the first time in 16 years, but it became more friendly than before the master ☺️

今日はR135川奈付近にあるステーキサロン・カウボーイズさんにおじゃましました。
ランチメニューよりちょっと高いハンバーグステーキ 1390 円をオーダー。
990円のランチハンバーグと見た目は同じだが、肉の種類が違うっぽい。大量のもやしでお腹いっぱいになるアメリカ西部開拓時代なお店。
ごちそうさまでした。
Hamburger steak near R135 Kawana
Today, I visited the steak salon Cowboys near R135 Kawana.
I ordered a hamburger steak for 1390 yen, which is a little higher than the lunch menu.
It looks the same as a 990 yen lunch hamburger, but the type of meat seems to be different. A shop in the pioneering era of the western part of the United States that is full of bean sprouts.

忙しそうで新規に来たお客さんが注文したくてもどうしたらいいのか困ってましたがゆっくり待ってればそのうち厨房から出てきて来れます(^^)
マスターも明るい感じの方で素敵なお店だなと思いました(^ ^)

ステーキはガッツリ系のお肉で若者にオススメというタイプです！
私も若い頃はしょっちゅう行きましたが全然最近はイケてないですね・・・
オーナーさんのトークは私は楽しめますが、好き嫌いがハッキリ分かれてしまうタイプだと思います。
コミュニケーションを取るのが好きな人にはオススメできます♪

次回は赤身肉を食べてみたいですね。
気さくに話しかけてくれるご主人で雰囲気は良かったです。

思い切って入りました。
見かけはなんだか昔のアメリカ西部をモチーフ
したインディアンの壁画。怪しさ満点ですが、
お味は美味しい❗️
マスターがややクセが強い笑笑。けど、
おススメの通り信じて400gとハンバーグを
オーダーしたところ肉がとても軽くて、
あっという間に食べられてしまいました。
いわゆる高級なステーキとは違いますがサクッと食べるにはあっさりしていてとってもおいしいお肉でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前より気になっていた、アメリカン??ステーキ?屋さん、個性的なオーナーシェフ??が、注文してから席に座って、おすすめは400gと、500gだから、ウチの肉?は柔らかいから、オンナの子でも、400g食べる。と、ランチは勧めないので、強い意志で頼みましょう。笑笑

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is only one person working so we the guest have to self pick up the food hot plates and drinks. Also there is no sign of self service which makes it bad. The one pound steak for around 3900 yen with rice the steak has it's own salt and pepper combination by the chef so no extra sauce required.overall feels like a manner less wild west kind of attitude you wanna eat ... eat !
otherwise get lost kind of behavior.
