布	布施朋美 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人から紹介で、アセスメントコーチング(性格診断＋オンラインコーチング60分の)をうけました。コーチングは、仕事のことを相談している方が多いイメージでしたが、今回は自分との向き合い方をテーマにすることに。仕事を含め、全てのベースになると思ったからです。性格診断の結果をもとに、コーチが課題や現状をふまえて、自分との対話をサポートしてくれました。すると、だんだん自分の思い込みに気づき、それが言語化されて。セッションが終わる頃には、自己理解が深まり気持ちが整理されてすっきりしている私がいました。思い切ってコーチングをうけてみて、ひとりでもんもんと悩む時間が短縮されてよかったです。また機会をみつけて、受けたいです。 I received assessment coaching (personality diagnosis + 60 minutes of online coaching) from a friend. Coaching had the image that many people were discussing work, but this time I decided to focus on how to face myself. I thought it would be the basis for everything, including work. Based on the results of the personality diagnosis, the coach supported the dialogue based on the issues and current situation. Then, I gradually realized my own beliefs and they were verbalized. By the end of the session, I had a deeper self-understanding and a clearer feeling. I am glad that I took the plunge and received coaching, and I was able to spend less time worrying alone. I would like to find another opportunity and receive it.
