キ	キャンディー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて診察に行った時このまま放置しておくと死んでしまうと言われその言葉を信じやむを得ず入院させました。すると直ぐに点滴を始めました。すごく不安でした。なぜなら私の犬は心臓病を持ち預けるまでは落ち着いてはいましたが点滴は心臓病にとって負担がかかってしまう事で危険だからです。心臓病の事等も説明しましたが全く耳を傾けてもらえませんでした。毎日心配で面会に行ってましたが行く度に容態が思わしくなく呼吸も荒く苦しそうでした。このままの治療で大丈夫ですか？と問うと首をかしげる有り様で何も言わず・・・預けてたった三日間の出来事でした。結局生きたまま大切なペットは戻って来る事はありませんでした。せめて最後に息のある内に連絡を頂ければ大切なペットを預けているのだから飼主なら誰しもが駆けつけるはずです。先方からは何度も連絡を入れたと言うばかり。口では何とでも言えますが履歴は亡くなった後の1度のみ。今でも鮮明にハッキリと覚えてます。なぜそんな嘘を言うのでしょうか？まして口コミで多いように電話の対応、態度が非常に悪くあまりにも常識が無さすぎます。もう少し飼主の立場になって対応すべきではないでしょうか？こういう状況の中で今考えれば入院中の治療事態もいい加減だったのではと思う位です。大切なペットを失ってからの腹立ちさがおさまらずこの気持ちは消える事はないでしょう。もう絶対二度とこのクリニックへは行く事はありません。 When I first went to see a doctor, I was told that I would die if I left it as it was. み	みよん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ハムスターの体調が悪く、受診しました。はっきり言いますが最悪でした。まず、電話した時の対応が考えられないくらい悪く、行くのが不安でした。行った時に変な髪色の女の人が受付ですごい酷い態度で対応されました。そして診察室に入ると、酷いにおいで薄暗く、狭い空間に女の人達2人と先生の3人がいて、体重を測るのでこれに入れてくださいと言われた容器になんの動物のものか分からない毛がたくさんついていました。ハムスターが入っているゲージを開けると若くない女の人に「逃げるんじゃないですか！？」と言われました。先生がハムスターを軍手をして無理やり掴んでなんの検査も触診も、いつからこうなったのかも聞かずに薬を飲ませました。先生は『多分』膀胱炎だ、と言いました。多分とはどうゆう事なのでしょうか。薬を飲ませるときの掴み方を聞いたら、「無理やり掴むしかないですね、当たり前に」と言われました。先生なのにハムスターもまともに掴めないとは。仕舞いには汚い雑巾で掴もうとしました。考えられません。あきらかにハムスターのおしりがうんちで濡れていて膀胱炎の症状もないのに『多分』で診察されました。後日、心配で別の病院へ行ったところ、重度の下痢だと言われました。危うく大切な家族を失う所でした。こんな酷い病院二度と行きません。飼い主の気持ちを考えて欲しいものです。 The hamster was ill and had a medical examination.
