店員が「うちは工賃を安くやらせていただいてます」と話していたが、他店と比較すると安いどころかそこそこ高かった。
また見積もりに含まれていない作業をこちらの確認もなしに行い、代金もしっかりと取っていた。
これについて車の引き取り時に実施した作業の説明がないため、家に帰って領収書を見てから気がついた。ある意味泣き寝入りのような形になってしまった。(こういったことが常態化しているのではないかと邪推してしまう。)
「口コミを投稿したら車引き取り時にティッシュボックスをプレゼントしますよ。」と言われ、所定のサイトに口コミを投稿したが、頂いていませんよ？グーグルマップの口コミでしたか？
情報の共有ができておらず雑な印象の店舗であったため、次回は利用しない。

I noticed this after I got home and looked at the receipt because there was no explanation of the work I had done when I picked up the car. In a sense, it has become like crying and falling asleep. (I wonder if this is normal.)
I was told, "If you post a review, you will receive a tissue box when you pick up your car." I posted a review on the designated site, but haven't you received it? Was it a Google Maps review?
I will not use it next time because the store had a rough impression because I could not share information.
