全体的なサービスがイマイチです。（一部の方ですが愛想もよくない）
車検の予約をした者だと伝え、受付に行くと、「お車の鍵はお持ちですか？」と聞かれたので、「持ってます」と渡すと黙って持って行きいつの間にかピットイン。その間何も伝えられず、どうしてよいのかも分からずただただ待つのみ。
メカニックが来て、車検に通りそう（交換部品無し）であることを伝えられそのまま依頼。
終わって取りに行き納車。
帰ってから後部座席にサービス？のティッシュ10箱が積んであるのを発見（なんの説明も無し。）
あまり気持ちの良い対応では無かったです。

The overall service is not good. (Some people are not friendly)
I told him that he had made a reservation for an automobile inspection, and when I went to the reception desk, he asked me, "Do you have the key to your car?" During that time, nothing was told, I didn't know what to do, and I just waited.
A mechanic came and told me that I was going to pass the vehicle inspection (no replacement parts) and asked as it was.
After finishing, I went to pick it up and delivered it.
Service to the back seat after returning? I found 10 boxes of tissue piled up (no explanation)
It wasn't a very pleasant response.
