★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日車検をお願いしました。車検前の事前見積もりの時は色々教えてくれて良いなと思ったのですが
車検日当日、16〜17時くらいになるので終わったら連絡するということで待っていたのですが、なかなか連絡が来ず、痺れを切らして18時に電話すると、待ってますよの一言。どうやら15時に1回電話したそうです。いや普通なら30分に一度くらいは再度電話してくれても良いのになと思いました。
また保険も紹介してもらい検討してましたが、その後追いもなく、点検も実際どこをどうやったのか説明もありませんでした。
オイルのシールが変なところに貼られており、探すのにも一苦労しました。
後味が悪く、評価が下がりました。

The oil sticker was stuck in a strange place, and I had a hard time finding it.
The aftertaste was bad and the evaluation was lowered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方が書かれているような対応の店員さんには当たったことがないですが、清潔で広くていいと思います。
先日オイル交換を頼みましたが、待ち時間はすぐ近くの大型商業施設で時間を潰せますし、付近には食事処もチラホラあります。
点検や手洗い洗車等での待ち時間は退屈はしないと思います。
いつだかの日曜日の昼間にガソリンを入れに行ったら、2ヶ月先まで使えるサービス券とカシミヤのティッシュ箱を頂きました！
サービス面は他のコスモよりもいいと思います。

I asked for an oil change the other day, but I can spend time waiting at a large commercial facility nearby, and there is a restaurant nearby.
I don't think the waiting time for inspections, hand washing, car washing, etc. will be boring.
When I went to fill up the gas sometime on Sunday daytime, I received a service ticket and a cashmere tissue box that can be used up to two months in advance!
I think the service aspect is better than other Cosmo.
