★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 寝不足で道路で車を停めて寝られないのでガソリン入れて冷房かけて寝ていたら「他のお客様の迷惑です、コンビニ行って下さい」と言われました。
混んでいたなら分かりますが誰もお客は居ない。
二人だけの店員のニヤニヤ顔を残して眠い目を擦りながら移動しました。
ガソリンスタンドは、ドライバーさんの憩いの場所ではない、処はここだと感じました。
朝の9時半頃から混んでいると言う嘘をついても出ていって欲しい若い店員さんここでは二度とガソリンを入れないので安心下さい。

セルフの決済マシーンにタイムズのカードを入れると、読み込めませんと表示され、しかもカードが外に出てこない。
仕方なく常駐している定員さんの元へ言ったのですが、このオジさんの対応の悪いこと悪いこと。
寝ていたのか、動画でも見ていたのか、いきなり「なんですか？！用もないのに話しかけないでくださいよ！！！」と、こちらの言い分も全く聞かずに怒鳴り散らされ、説明したのちもブツブツ文句を言いながらカードの撤去に応じてくれました。
が、またしても「カードのせいだ、タイムズのカードは車内に放置していて熱で少し湾曲しているから、何処のガソリンスタンド言っても使えませんよ！」等、マシンのメンテナンス不良の言い訳としか思えない話を大声で続けられました。全ての定員さんではないとは思いますが、非常に不快です。
その後同一カードを使って別のコスモ、エネオス系列のガソスタ行きましたが、問題なく使用できました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エンジンオイルの交換を希望したらオートマのオイル交換も勧められた。そこまではいい。こっちは小型自動車なのに8リットル、大型自動車の金額を請求された。それだけで11,200円。小型車なら8,400円で済むのに。理由を聞いたら機械が勝手に判別してるのでオイルの汚れ具合によっては大型自動車分になってしまう、止めようにもそう判別したら自動で機械が交換を始めてしまうので仕方ないと、こちらが何を言おうにも機械が機械がとそればかり。まず大型自動車の扱い、そして量になるとわかった時点でこちらに確認してかかる金額の了承得てから始めるのが普通じゃないの？機械が自動で始めるって家電にしろ車にしろ修理の見積り出たらその金額でいいか了承得てから修理に入るよね？
コスモザカード所有してるし近場でここしかコスモ石油ないから利用してるけど給油以外は他行きます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 窓拭き用のタオルもあり、近くにあった同じ系列のスタンドから20年以上重宝していまます。
いつもどおり給油をし終え、手早く窓を拭いてました所、たまたまバンパーについたホコリを１箇所軽く拭き上げ、片方のヘッドライトも極軽く拭き上げ帰ろうとした瞬間、「窓以外は吹かないで下さい」と目つき鋭く正義感たっぷり注意を受けました。
確かに、窓拭き以外のタオル使用はお断りの貼り紙があるのはわかっておりましたが、１秒もしないホコリ取りです。吹き上げたタオルも綺麗なままです。もっとガッツリ吹き上げてる他のお客さんもいる中で、この程度の事を注意するようなお店に変わってしまったのか、と残念に思いました。
自宅から片道6kmかけて通い続けてましたが、サービスの考え方が、自分とは事なってしまった、縁の切れ目として、違うスタンドに変えます。地方に出張や旅行先でも、遠くても必ずコスモザガートを使ってただけに残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もう二十年くらい前から使っているスタンドです。随分前にセルフになりましたが、そこ近辺に三店舗合った内、今も残ってますね。
セルフになる前はガソリンスタンドにしては車のメンテナンスなどで信頼できていました。今はセルフで味気ないけど、当時から好きなので、遠出の帰りでも出来るだけここでガソリン入れるようにしてます。

法定費用以外に9350円、オイルのにじみでスチーム3300円だけで済みました。
楽天の車検で申し込んで500ptと3000円分の商品が付き、2年間月一回洗車無料。
最初はもう少し整備を乗せてましたがいらないと言ったら快く抜いてくれました。

トイレは大きくて清潔と言って良いと思います

I think the toilet is big and clean
