★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 簡潔に言うと、接客が雑。
言葉づかいは一応敬語でも対応がなれなれしかったり、誘導する時にただ指をさすだけだったり、拭いてもらっても窓に汚れが残っていたり、2台同時に対応していると会話が上の空だったり…。
全員がそうではないと思うので非常に残念。
近いから利用しているが、もう利用するのはやめようかと思う。
To put it simply, customer service is sloppy.
I couldn't handle the wording even with honorifics, I just pointed my finger at the guidance, the window was dirty even if I had it wiped, and the conversation was empty when two units were supported at the same time.
Very disappointing because I don't think everyone is.
I'm using it because it's close, but I think I'll stop using it anymore.
