二度とこない
車を持ち上げるリフト？が2箇所あるのに1箇所でしか作業していない。車の洗車には2人がかりなのにタイヤ交換には1人だけ。1台タイヤ交換が終わってお会計している間に他の人が次の車のタイヤ交換すればいいのにそれができていない。ローテーションや人材の分配がしっかりなされていないように見える。
