★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9ヶ月の娘が体調崩したのでこちらの薬局で薬を処方してもらいました。
ショートカットの女性の対応が良くなかったです。（30〜40代女性、肩ぐらいの長さの黒髪）
初めて利用したため住所や当日の体調を記載する用紙を渡されたのですが何も言わずに渡され、近くにいたママ友？みたいな女性に話しかけに行きました。一言「こちらの用紙記入お願いします。」の言葉はないのかなと思いました。百歩譲って近くにいた女性に処方箋の話をするならまだしもその後ずっとプライベートの話をされていたので苛々しました。
ショートカットの女性以外は対応が良く親切でした。その人だけ対応が悪いのでなんとか改善してほしいなと思いました。1人悪いと他の方も薬局自体も悪く見えてしまうのでもう1度しっかりとした客への対応の仕方を考えてほしいです。

Since I used it for the first time, I was given a form to describe my address and physical condition on the day, but I was given it without saying anything, and was it a mom friend who was nearby? I went to talk to a woman like that. I wondered if there was a single word, "Please fill out this form." I was frustrated when I gave up a hundred steps and talked about prescriptions to a nearby woman because I was still talking about private matters.
Except for the female shortcut, the correspondence was good and kind. Only that person has a bad response, so I wanted him to improve. If one person is bad, the other person and the pharmacy itself will look bad, so I would like you to think about how to deal with customers again.
