満開といっても良いくらいに咲いています。メジロにムクドリが飛び交っていました。

駐車場がありません。看板が小さいので通り過ぎてしまいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 沿道から見るのとガーデン内から見るのは印象がまるで違いました！
ソメイヨシノとは違って、河津桜は鮮やかなピンクなので写真映えしますね！
お花も植えられてて見応えありました。
ガーデン内の階段部分は、板がちゃんと固定されてない箇所もあり、子供にとっては滑りやすいようなので注意が必要です。
私有地を開放してくださってるとの事で、あまり贅沢を言っちゃいけないですが、「無料開放中」の札があるだけで入口が分かりにくいので、「入り口」とか矢印があるとありがたいです(^^;
（ベビーカーで2人乗せて水道山のてっぺんまで登ってしまいました）

アパートも目の前にありますし、マナーを守って鑑賞させていただきたいと思います。
2022年は2月20日時点で数本の木が結構咲いていました。
早咲きは寒い時期なので花持ちも良いですし、これから3週間くらいは余裕で楽しめそうです。
満開の頃にはメジロが群れをなして集まってくるので、鳥を撮影したい方にもお勧めです。
駐車場は有りません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年3月10日に初訪問。早咲きの桜が道路から溢れんばかりに春を告げてました。ちょっとした坂道を上がるときれいに整理された私有地にたくさんの桜が。もう河津桜は散った頃かと思いましたが、沢山の種類があるのでまだまだ満開の桜に出会えました。
