パ	パンチホール on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ジムを使用しているものですが、会員の人はマナーが良いひとが多く、特に不快な思いをすることなく、集中してトレーニングできています。基本的に全身を鍛えられるくらいのマシンは充実しています。ただ、EZバーがあったり、パラレルグリップでのラットプルダウンができたりなど、もう少しかゆいところに手が届くと、尚いいかなぁとは思います。どちらにしろこの値段であのクオリティーのジムとプールが使えるのは満足です！ Although I use the gym, many of the members have good manners, and I can concentrate on training without feeling particularly uncomfortable.
