下	下中篤 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日、契約完了。2ヶ月間くらい利用。基本は売買の会社のようで、オーナーの出入りが何度かあった。地元の不動産会社というより、身内でやりくりしている印象。　物件の紹介の時も、オーナーが隣に住んでいる物件をやたら進めて来た。自社物件なのか、かなり値打ちなものが多いが、オーナーが側の部屋に自分は入りたいとは思わなかった（１階がオーナーだから安心か？）。　都内のキラキラした不動産会社と違って、こじんまりした事務所。　清潔感はあるが、事務所の場所はわかりにくい。仲良くなってから、良い部屋を優先的に紹介してもらえたと思うが、担当曰くタイミングとのこと。よくも悪くも、個人オーナーに支えられている感じはするが、その分、物件は良かった。即決しないとなくなっていくので、申込を何度も書いた。結果良い部屋になったから良かったが、紙に個人情報を何度も書くって、業界的にどうかとは思った。（申込書くのを手伝って貰った）　契約は、良い意味でさっと終わった。　部屋も見たときよりもキレイだったので、満足。　また機会があれば頼みたい。 The contract is completed today.
