★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一年間の通所後、実習と半年のトライアル雇用期間を経て無事に就職することができました。
精神・発達障害に特化した就労支援移行所という特性上、不安定な方も多くレビューには厳しい意見もありますが、目的意識を持って通所すればしっかりと支援してくださいます。
支援者は優しい方達ばかりで、親身になっていつも相談に乗ってくださいました。
現在私が働いている会社の上司からも、ここまで手厚い就労支援施設ははまずないよと言われました。
トライアル雇用期間が終わって定着支援の間も困ったことがあれば気軽に相談できる雰囲気が有り難いです。
本当にここに通って良かったです。

いざ就職できても、就職後のアフターフォローは０で自分から電話をかけるしかありませんでした。
失敗したくないなら、ここに通うのは辞めといた方がいいです。マジで時間のムダ。

Even if I could get a job, I had no choice but to make a phone call from myself with no after-sales follow-up after getting a job.

仕事場を模した業務訓練では、自分の苦手なこと、職場での人間関係、報連相の重要性等を学びました。就職後も職場でうまくやっていくノウハウが学べます。
支援員さんも明るく優しくサポートして下さります。
自分のことを自分以上に考えて下さる支援員さんは心強い存在です。

就職に至るまでに、社会に出て必要なマナーや
いろんな段階の訓練を受け、私の特性にあった
就職先を斡旋して頂きました。
スタッフの方々も、とても親身に接して下さり
いつも安心して楽しく通所出来ました。
就職後も、月１の面談や、困った事が起こった際の、職場との解決に向けての架け橋になって下さり、心強いです。

私は注意欠陥障害（ADD）と診断された者です。会社で打ち合わせが上手くできない等対人関係について悩み、自分で自分の首を絞め休職した末、当施設へ辿り着きました。
学校や会社において何か一人で悩まれている方、話せる人はいるけどなかなか解決に向かえない方など、一度ここへ体験として足を運ばれてもいいかもしれません。希望が見えてくるかもしれません?
ここから当施設の概要です。
①実施内容
この施設では大きく分けて以下が実施されてます。
【ビジネススキル演習】
ディスカッションや電話応対等社会人として活動する上で必要となるスキルを学んで実践する。
【作業訓練】
単純作業能力の向上を図る。
【業務訓練】
作業訓練で養った能力を使い、複数人グループで会社業務を想定し、共同作業にあたる
また最終目標は就職なのでそれに向け履歴書作成等のサポートももちろんして頂けます。
②私が利用した感想
支援員さんは自分自身の考えや行動を見つめ直すヒントをだし自分で気づく導きをしてくれたり、指摘をしてくれます。そしてそこで気づいたことをまた自分でフィードバックしていくことで成長できます。また、利用者の個々の障害特性•課題に合わせて進めてくれますので安心できると思います。
なかなかこのように自分の課題を客観的に観察し、改善する機会はないと思うので悩んでいる方にとっては人生においてかけがえのない経験になると思います。
長くなり申し訳ありませんが、
私のように苦しんでいる方、そのような方を知っている方の参考になればと思い投稿させて頂きました。

I don't think there is an opportunity to objectively observe and improve one's problems in this way, so I think it will be an irreplaceable experience in life for those who are worried.

支援員の方は明るく親切に接してくれて、励みになります。
私としては生活のリズムが整ってきていることが1番嬉しいです。
合う合わないがありますが、一度、体験してみることをお勧めします。

訓練の中で大変だと感じることもありましたが、支援員さんに何でも相談できる環境は本当にありがたかったです。
担当でない支援員さんも気にかけてくださったり、違った角度からのアドバイスがいただけるのが嬉しかったです。
人によって合う合わないはあるかとは思いますが、私は通ってよかったと感じています。

約8か月の利用を経て、現在、働いている会社に就職することが出来ました。
支援員さんの働く姿や利用者さんとの関わり方を間近に見て、私も支援の仕事がしたいと思い、未経験だった福祉業界を目指しました。
就職活動は決してスムーズではありませんでしたが、応募書類の添削や面接対策や振り返り、面談での心理的なサポートを行って頂きました。
事業所で行われるディスカッションや業務訓練(会社で働くことを模した集団訓練)での経験は、どんな仕事にでも役にたつ訓練だと思います。
事業所の雰囲気も良いと思いますので、利用を検討されている方は一度、見学してみることをオススメします。
