★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても口コミが良いので、自分が行ったのは違うお店だったのかなあと思ってしまいますが、運が悪かったのでしょうか。
シャンプーで背中をびしょ濡れにされました。
雨の日でただでさえ濡れていて、施術中に少しでも乾いたら良いなあと思っていたら、背中からお尻までシャワーのお湯が流れてきました。
勘違いかと背中を触ったらびしょびしょで、担当の方も流石に服の色が変わっていて気付いたようですが、笑いながら、濡れてます?と。
ドライヤーで乾かしますねと言われましたが、全然乾いてないのに、大丈夫ですねと言われ、2回目のシャンプーでまたびしょびしょにされました。
その時も笑いながらドライヤー。
返事する気にもなれないし、会話もイマイチ話聞いてないしとにかく不快でした。
二度と行きませんが、この経験から美容室に行くのがトラウマになり、まだ行けていません。
これまで毎月美容室通いしていたので、☆1も付けたくありません。
本当に口コミが良いので、運が悪過ぎたのでしょうけど、言わずには居られませんでした。

I will never go there again, but this experience has made it traumatic to go to the beauty salon and I haven't been able to go there yet.
I used to go to the beauty salon every month, so I don't want to add ☆ 1.
I think I was too unlucky because the word of mouth was really good, but I couldn't help but say it.
