電話をかけてくるのは営業の仕事上仕方ないにしても、担当のM子さんというひとは会話がしつこく案内を送ってもらって会話を終わらせようとしたら、送られてきたのはこちらの名前を勝手に入れた契約書でした。
この対応を見る限り、「契約さえ取れればあとはどうでもいい、相手口のニーズなんて関係ない」という思考を感じました。
本当に自分の所の品物に自信があるならば、営業の方が台無しにされていると思います。私はすくなくとも、このような対応をしてくる会社の商品が良かろうが絶対に買うことはありません。
