Both are 70% cacao chocolate, but I was surprised that the salt was very mellow when paired with salt, and Haiti in the Caribbean was a little spicy and flavorful. s	shingo inoue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 静岡駅の近く、七間町通りを歩いていたら偶然見つけたチョコレート屋さん。もともとは別の場所にあったようだが、2年ほど前にこちらに移転してきたみたい。ビーントゥバーのクラフトチョコレート専門店。店先にイートインスペースもあるが、かなり狭いので買って帰るのが一般的。おもたせにもちょうどよいパッケージがいくつかあった。購入したのは静岡素材のボンボンショコラアソートボックス（1980円）。世界各地のカカオと、静岡の美味しい食材をペアリングさせた、９種類のチョコレートが並ぶ。「ガーナ＆みかん」「インド＆百花」「ハイチ＆菩提樹」「タンザニア＆れんげ」「ベリーズ＆山桜」「抹茶」「ほうじ茶」「あらしお」「よこすかしろ」。どれも美味しいけど、酸味がきいているのが個人的には好みかな。みかんとか。静岡でいいチョコレートに出会えてよかった。 A chocolate shop I found by chance while walking along Shichikencho-dori near Shizuoka station. There is an eat-in space at the storefront, but it's quite small, so it's common to buy it home. There were some packages that were just right for me. I bought a bonbon chocolate assortment box made of Shizuoka material (1980 yen). Nine kinds of chocolates are lined up, which are paired with cacao from all over the world and delicious ingredients from Shizuoka. "Ghana & Mikan" "India & Hundred Flowers" "Haiti & Bodhi Tree" "Tanzania & Renge" "Belize & Wild Cherry Blossoms" "Matcha" "Hojicha" "Arashio" "Yokosukashiro". All of them are delicious, but I personally like the sour taste. Mandarin oranges. I'm glad I met a good chocolate in Shizuoka.

Inside is a chocolate factory - really, a small factory, as well as a retail space and a coffee and tea bar - with awesome hot chocolate, which I tried. Want to sample or buy one of twelve different kinds of chocolate? This is the place.
