地下駐車場は停められなかったことはないくらい空いている。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知らぬ間に再開発が完了してビルが出来ていましたが、新宿区歴史博物館の展示で当再開発エリア全域が江戸時代の長屋で、工事中に遺構が見つかったのだと知りました。三栄通り側には、発掘調査により判明した玉川上水の流れを思わせる小さなせせらぎが作られています。
周囲は駐輪禁止区域ですが、ビルの裏手に時間貸しの駐輪場が在ります。
