Quiet, clean, big room with good heating, comfortable bed, bright lighting, strong bath water, rich breakfast, short distance to metro and JR。。。。i can't find anything to complaint, except, there is no escalator to street level of the JR station!
T	Traveler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As my first hotel in japan, the rooms were small. But its average sizes for hotels there. The washrooms and rooms look modern and superclean. Great breakfast in the morning and lots of space and open windows which make the space nice and airy. A bit more expensive than other hotels but worth the extra price. Could use more english instructions on how to work things like tv and ac unit. But overall. Not a bad hotel but pretty pricier than others in the area.
L	Luanyi L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at Comfort Hotel for 3 nights during part of our honeymoon. Room was pretty clean and location was in a very quiet part of town. Train stations weren't very close so we had to walk quite a bit every day to get to/from other (more lively) parts of town. The staff were nice in that they leave fresh towels and robes for you everyday - even if you have the Do Not Disturb sign on, they'll leave everything hanging on the doorknob of your room in a bag. We weren't too impressed with the breakfast, very bare minimum, but the milk bread was delicious. We had much, much better breakfast at a different hotel in Kawaguchiko. Room was also very small (about the size of our walk-in closet at home), but it was kind of expected considering space limitations in Tokyo. Bed was not long enough for my husband who is a little over 6 ft - his feet were dangling off of the bed. Overall, the experience was above average. Out of the 4 hotels we stayed at in Japan during our honeymoon, this was probably our least favorite, but it was still enjoyable.

Toilet is good all basic things you need are provided. Breakfast is not as good as I expected. Friendly staff and good service.

When something does not work there is zero response from staff and the level of service is not at Japanese levels. I would recommend to avoid unless you can not get anything else in the area. Did I mention the service is very lacking?...
J	Jiana Puno (radiostarkiller) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean hotel and helpful staff. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, and there is coin laundry available. Rooms are slightly tight but manageable. Bathroom is a good size, and hotel provides fresh towels every day.
I	Ignacio Alderete on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel! Good value for money. Breakfast is very good. Staff are really helpful and polite. There are complementary beverages like coffee or hot water in the lobby from the afternoon till midnight. Rooms are small (like most rooms in Japan) but very clean.

Room was standard. Window just slightly opens . They don’t accept voice hotel membership card which you joined in the United States. No advantages!
