w	w vayashi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東新宿のタワーマンション歌舞伎町からすぐ近くの立地共用施設が非常に充実している。マンション内にジム，プール，サウナ，レストラン，シュミレーションゴルフなどがある。ジムのマシーンも充実している。ランニングマシンでのランニング中は歌舞伎町の夜景を一望できる。個人的にはジム内にサンドバッグがおいてあるのが嬉しいところ。地下駐車場も充実している。また，マンションの下には，交番があり，治安の面でも安心だ。ペットも可。すぐ近くに，飲食店やスーパーがあり，生活に困ることはない。また，雨が降っても東新宿の駅にほとんど濡れずにいける。 Higashi Shinjuku Tower Mansion Located near Kabukicho Common facilities are very substantial. Another time, I was in a huge rush and asked if I can put down a small box there just for a bathroom and they said no. During the coronavirus pandemic, it’s understandable that they need to close / monitor rooftop pool and gym, but that discounts the place’s value significantly. My 2 year lease was up during the pandemic and they raised the rent by 7%, which is very bodacious of them. I didn’t renew. The initial review was so cumbersome and slow. Good view and location next to Maruetsu.
