施工問い合わせのメールを送ってから1時間ほどで折返しのご連絡をいただきました。問合せフォームに記載した内容の確認をしながら適宜疑問がないかなど確認していただけとても丁寧に対応いただけました。また、施工前に前日預けえおお願いしたところ快く対応頂け、またフィルムを実車に合わせながら確認もでき、スタッフのアドバイスもありながら最終的にフィルムを決定しました。
受取り時にフロントのフィルムアンテナの剥がれがあったとのことで、これも直ぐに取り寄せ&施行していただけました。とにかく丁寧です。
スタッフさんの対応からフィルムまでとっても満足しています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マイカーのフロントガラスが飛び石で大きくヒビ割れしてしまったため交換で伺いました。ネットでいろいろ探していて、ウエラ名古屋さんに当たりました。最初はディーラーで見積もりを取り、値段の高さにびっくり…多少安く対応頂けるところを、と思っていた所、運よく見つけてしまいました。ウエラさんは単に格安というだけでなく、丁寧で綺麗に仕上げてもらえます。ディーラーであれば15万ほど、ウエラさんであればガラスの種類にもよりますが、9万程度。年末のいろいろ出費が重なる時期には大変ありがたいものです。無料代車サービスもありますが、短時間納期もありがたいです。

エアコンからの臭いがかなり気になり始めたため、クリーニング等の作業を依頼。
輸入車であったが問題なく引き受けてくれた。
初めての依頼であったが、丁寧な受け答えと、しっかりとした説明をしていただけたので、安心してお任せ出来た。
価格も非常にリーズナブルで良いと思う。
効果感についてはこれからしっかりと見ていきたい。
