★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a really amazing place. They serve really great all vegan food. They had no english menu, but it was translated for us by the staff (who promised to make an english menu by the next time we would visit). I had the vegan sushi, wich was deliscious and very cheap. It’s located in a really cosy old building with a high roof and it smelled like a wood fireplace inside. The staff was super friedly and asked us where we were from and we chatted about our favourite Ghibli movies. A must visit, especially for vegans!

We talked with the friendly woman who worked there and we recieved handwritten directions to local museums in Nagoya including directions with subway and prices. Great service, great food, great prices. Dessert was on the house, so we are going back tonight again. Overall a fantastic experience, a must visit for anyone in Nagoya.

We had the cold ramen, tofu steak, kimchi, veggie calamari (I think it was mushroom), potato wedges, ginger ale (made with real ginger chunks) and ginger tea. The two of us were really full after that delicious meal that was all freshly prepared. It came out to about 2800 Yen in total.
Excellent service and staff were very polite and friendly and tried their best to communicate in English. Thanks to google translate conversation capability, we could figure everything out.
Atmosphere was amazing. Interior is so spacious and open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know what Colline de Tara means; all I know is you need to come eat here. And drink too.
It's a small place and I would recommend making a reservation. We were a party of six and wanted to ensure we'd sit together so we called ahead and the server / cook spoke English well. We were enchanted by the interior of the place when we got there!!
It was chilly but blankets were provided. Homemade yuzu and rosehip syrups with scotch were fantastic, and the dinner sets were phenomenal. The vegan sushi (a la carte) was also amazing. The only thing that wasn't sublime was the order of fries potatoes but they were still good.
The deliciousness of the dinner sets, sushi, and dessert (get the chocolate pudding!) cannot be overstated. The individual components of the set meal probably change on a regular basis but I'm confident it would all be delicious.
