梨	梨本貴光 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外見から素敵だが、裏切らず中も素敵な喫茶店。 60代の語気強め、食い気味で話すバイク好きでエンジン好きの職人気質のチョイ悪のマスターが切り盛りしてます。来店時結構混み合っていたので、バタバタが落ち着いてから話しかけてみるとなかなか好人物。元はエンジニア。なんとなく納得！穏やかで人当たりの良い義理のお兄様がいらしていて、三人で談笑してました。祖父が遺したレンガ倉庫を改装して開業したとか。なぜレンガ造りで作ったのか未だに謎だそうです。八王子市からも郷土資料的価値の高さに注目されたり、外装のサインもお手製でコレも市に表彰されたそうです。トイレの便器や手洗い台すらもイタリア製の拘りの逸品！入り口にあるコークスストーブも扱いを丁寧に教えてくれました。中々体験できない暖かさですよ。何気に飾っている花瓶や小物も中々の調度品。エンジニア魂が今もあり、たどり着いた境地がラジコンのエンジン。バラしやすく扱い易いので好きだそうです。奥にいっぱい飾ってあります。そうそう、肝心のコーヒーもかなり美味しかったです。今度はケーキを食べよう。お手製プリンは土日のみ。休みが取れない私は永遠に食べれない（泣） 2階もあります。お話込みでまた行きたいですね。教えて頂いた行きつけのおすすめウナギ屋さんにも行きますね♪ 素敵過ぎる喫茶店です。 It's nice from the outside, but it's a nice coffee shop without betrayal. Chigusa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 随分前に片倉城址に登城したあとに訪問したことがある煉瓦作りの渋いカフェに行って来ました。NHKのふるカフェ系ハルさんの休日に4/25 18:30に放送されるようです。事前に知ったので急遽訪問しました。「東京・八王子築100年・関東大震災を生き延びた蔵カフェ」八王子で見つけたとっておきの蔵カフェを紹介。赤レンガ造りの建物、店内は梁（はり）や柱が見事！レンガなのに関東大震災でも崩れなかった強じんな工法とは？静かな店内に響くばい煎の音色。マスターこだわりの一杯に込めた思い。八王子はかつてレンガの町だった。八王子から横浜へレンガの蔵から物資が運ばれた。町の歴史を刻んできた建物、ひとりだけの時間をゆっくり味わえる大人のカフェ空間。八王子にこんな所があったのか！ということのようです。営業時間を考えるとぎりぎりの17時に訪問しました。１階は満席で２階に案内されました。２階も２組のカップルで賑わっていました。オーダーはブレンドコーヒー税込530円です。２階は昔ながらのログハウスのようなしっかりとした造りで梁も立派です。壁面は板張りの部分と煉瓦がむき出しの部があってまた雰囲気良いです。まったりとコーヒーをいただきご馳走さまでした。 #八王子グルメ #ふるカフェ #古民家カフェ #ブリックス I went to a brick-making astringent cafe that I had visited after climbing the Katakura castle ruins a long time ago. ミ	ミク廃2号機 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ めちゃくちゃいいところです。最初は場所がわからなくて結構探しましたw 店内はそこまで広くありませんが雰囲気がとても良いです。1.2Fに別れており、1Fはテーブルが3つ(各2~4人席)、2Fはテーブルが4つ(各4席)あります。店内にエンジンの模型がめちゃくちゃ飾られています。マスターの趣味なのだそうです。そのせいか来るお客さんもそういった模型が好きな方達のようです。なんだか難しい話をするのをよく耳に挟みます。店内ではよく分かんないけど良さげな音楽(？)が流れていて自分は好きです。日によってジャンルが変わるようですが、自分が行った時は聖歌隊の様な音楽が流れてました。メニューはコーヒー類と紅茶類にケーキが1種、後はコーヒー豆が売られてたりします。レジ前にはガラス細工やクッキーが売られてたりしてお土産にも良いと思います。お店自慢のシフォンケーキは生クリームたっぷりで450円で食べれるクオリティではありません。正直喫茶店はメニューを食べたらすぐ出ちゃうんですが、居心地がよく3杯目まで頼んで3時間くらいくつろいでました。年が明けたらまた知り合いと行きたいですね。 It's a really nice place. Because of that, the customers who come are like those who like such models. I often hear stories that are difficult to understand. I don't really understand it in the store, but I like the good music (?). It seems that the genre changes depending on the day, but when I went there, music like a choir was playing. The menu includes coffee and tea, one kind of cake, and coffee beans. Glasswork and cookies are sold in front of the cash register, so I think it's a good souvenir. The shop's proud chiffon cake is full of fresh cream and is not of a quality that can be eaten for 450 yen. Honestly, the coffee shop comes out as soon as I eat the menu, but it was comfortable and I asked for the third cup and relaxed for 3 hours. It could be right out of a Miyazaki movie (Porco Rosso springs to mind with all the flight engines on show) and while the menu is in Japanese the people speak good English. Be sure to give it a try should you be in the area.
