は	はつぽ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 別のお店の信頼できる美容師さんにエクステを頼もうとしたところ、「ここの美容室ではエクステのメニューがないからエクステができる知り合いの美容師を紹介する」ということでここのお店を紹介されました。担当したのは村瀬一星という人です。独学でエクステを学んだそうです。お店の評価も高めでかなり期待していたのですが、毛束たったの19本で20000円ほど取られ、仕上がりは見本で見せた写真とは比べ物にならないくらい違いました。さらに驚いたのが次の日軽く髪の毛をとかしただけで毛束がほんとにするする簡単にすべて抜け落ちました。それを村瀬一星にインスタのDMで写真で伝えると「それはありえない」と言われました。「いや、実際にそうなってるんだけど??」って感じです。返金を請求したところ「技術料(12000円)は返せますが、材料費(約8000円)は返せません」と言われました。はあ…私の人生初のアルバイトのお給料が…8000円水の泡にしちゃったのか… 結構ショックでしたが、半分以上は帰ってくるからいいか…と思い、12000円を返金してもらいました。そのあと村瀬一星にインスタブロックされました??? 他のスタッフさん達は個性的でとても対応が良い方たちばかりでした。 When I tried to ask an extension from a reliable hairdresser at another shop, I said "I will introduce a hairdresser of an acquaintance who can make extensions because there is no extension menu here" Was introduced. I’d researched this salon group and learned this location in the fashionably hip Harajuku section of town is where up and coming young stylists come after graduating from the Osaka location. It is minimal and industrial and amazing. It seemed like they don’t see much American clientele since they doted sweetly on my son and took pictures of him when they were finished. They seemed genuinely happy to see us and they couldn’t have been nicer, or more talented. Kazuma was his ultra hip stylist and he spoke enough English to communicate with us, we love him!!
