し	しあ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約1日前に「明日施術出来ません」どういうことですか？と聞くとネットでは予約出来たかも知れませんが施術できるスタッフがいません何度も電話させて頂いたのですが… とのこと。ちょっと言い訳にしても意味がわかりませんね。どちらにせよそちらの都合ですよね。着信履歴を確認しましたが電話は今回が初めてです一度もかかってきておりません。予約1日前の今日初めてかかってきました。何か原因があっていきなり施術出来なくなったにせよ客商売ナメ過ぎ。その割にキャンセル対応は即時でホットペッパーを確認したらキャンセル済みになっておりました。電話も先に切るし誠意のかけらもありません。スケジュールは狂うわ嫌な気持ちになるわ施術は前回して頂いたお姉さんがとても親身になってくれて今回リピートでの予約だっただけにとても残念でした。 1 day before reservation "Cannot be treated tomorrow" what do you mean?
