★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出て来る速度の割には料理は冷めてる。包み焼きハンバーグもあまり湯気は出ず。
パスタなんかは既にひんやりしてた。
厨房とウェイトレスさんの連係に問題ありか。
 The food is cold for the speed at which it comes out. The hamburger steak doesn't get too steamy either.
The pasta was already cool.

そのくらいココスって見かけないですよね？
予約はなしでしたが、普通に座れました。
ファミリーレストランにしては、値段は割高な気がします。
最初はドラえもんを使ってCMしたり、料理もハンバーグにチカラを入れていた気が…
ビーフハンバーグとカルボナーラ、ポテト、子供用パンケーキ、ドリンク飲み放題を注文。
1番美味しかったのはドリンクでした……
ドリンクバーの種類や味は他店ファミリーレストランよりは美味しくて選び甲斐があって良かった！
カルボナーラは正直、粉っぽく不味かった。
冷凍食品のが数倍美味しいレベル！
まあ子供が喜べれるファミレスが近所にないので、思い出として満足です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、夜になって息子から急に『今日友達の誕生日やから一緒にご飯食べたい！』と連絡がありました。突然の事だったので準備が間に合わず。近所にCocosがあったのでスマホで『Cocos、誕生日祝い』と検索したところデザートにメッセージを書いている画像がヒットしました。この時既に20時…。あまりにも時間が無かったのでダメもとで直接店舗にお伺いして確認。事情を説明すると予約無しだったのにも係わらず『ご準備させて頂きます(о´∀`о)』との事(受付の女性)。その後、一旦店を出て再度20:30ギリギリに息子と息子の友達と三人で入店。内緒でデザートを準備して頂き食後にサプライズで出して頂きました！
21:00閉店にも係わらず『急がなくてももう少し大丈夫ですのでごゆっくり楽しんでください(^-^*)』と快くご対応頂いたお陰で息子の友達にも喜んで貰えたし、私自信とても心暖まる時間が過ごせました。お会計時に『閉店時間が過ぎてるのにすいません』と伝えると『大丈夫ですよ。お気になさらず。またお待ちしております(^.^)』とにこやかなご対応(お会計 女性)。そして途中にオーダーご対応頂いた店長さん。他にも厨房に居たかもしれないスタッフさん。
閉店間際のお忙しい時間に急遽お誕生日仕様をご依頼したのに快くご対応下さり心から感謝致します(*´∀人)
本当にありがとう御座いました！

Explaining the circumstances, even though there was no reservation, "I will prepare (о´∀`о)" (female at the reception). After that, I left the store once and entered the store again at 20:30 with my son and my son's friend. We had you prepare dessert in secret and served it as a surprise after meals!
Despite the closing of the store at 21:00, my son's friends were pleased with the kind response that "It's okay if you don't hurry, so please enjoy yourself (^-^ *)". Confidence I had a very warm time. When I said "I'm sorry that the closing time has passed" at the time of payment, "It's okay. It can not be relied on care. We are waiting for you again (^. ^) ”And a smiling response (accounting female). And the store manager who responded to the order on the way. Other staff who may have been in the kitchen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも美味しかったのですが、たまたま料理が変わったと思いました。料理が悪くて嫌いでした。そのままにしておきました。前菜を注文すると言ったのですが、完全には食べませんでした。 。いつも小さかったのですが、今回はひどいものでした。食べたくても食い込んでしまいました。こここのお店では、ウェイトレスが親切で、礼儀正しく、愛情深いので、なぜこんなに高い評価をつけたのですか。彼女の仕事と私のために一生懸命働いています
