 Cooking is slow anyway. Don't bring anything such as plates or forks for children. I will never go again.

そしてトイレの清掃良くしてありました
Even at the end of lunch time, it was great to keep the soup hot and to use the empty bowl.
And the toilet was cleaned well

この普通が栃木ではなかなか無い(ような気がする)ので、貴重なお店と思います。
すかいらーくグループと違って、バースデークーポンがすぐに発行されるのが良かったです。
We had a comfortable meal with good and bad.
This ordinary shop is rare in Tochigi (I feel like it), so I think it is a valuable store.
Unlike the Skylark group, it was good that the birthday coupon was issued immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GW初日の土曜日の10時半から12時まで滞在させていただきましたが混雑もなくゆっくり過ごせました。
ただひとつ気になったことは窓の桟？出窓？の部分がごみだらけだったことです。
I stayed from 10:30 to 12:00 on Saturday, the first day of Golden Week, but I was able to spend time slowly without congestion.
The only thing I was interested in was the window sill? bay window? That part was full of garbage.

学生？若い女スタッフの態度で台無しな食事となりました。
これからは混雑を我慢してでも宇都宮へ行く事にします。
What is the guidance for customer service?
student? The attitude of the young female staff made it a ruined meal.
From now on, I will go to Utsunomiya even if I put up with the congestion.

口調こそ「どぉ〜ぞっ！」と丁寧に（お客を小馬鹿にした様な）口調ですが
目付きや態度は、およそ接客業とは思えない無礼さです。食事がまずくなります。
他の店員さんは、丁寧に対応してくださるので☆1つです。
Store manager? Male clerk like
The tone is polite (like making a fool of the customer), saying "Doo ~ zo!"
The look and attitude is rudeness that does not seem to be a hospitality business. I have a bad meal.
The other clerk will respond politely, so it's one ☆.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼どきの利用が多いですが、いつも混んでいます。駐車場がいっぱい。
子供用のオムツ替えの台があるのは大変ありがたいのですが、女子トイレのドアの目の前にあるので、誰かが入っているときや誰かが入ってくるときに大変不便です。人がいないタイミングを狙うか、台を畳んで通ってもらうようです。
It is often used at lunchtime, but it is always crowded. The parking lot is full.
It's great to have a diaper changing table for kids, but it's in front of the door of the ladies' room, so it's very inconvenient when someone is in or when someone is coming in. It seems that you aim for the timing when there are no people, or you fold the table and let it pass.

パッピンス美味しかったです。
ネット注文だと20%オフになるキャンペーン中だったので後日テイクアウトしました。
店内利用時もテイクアウト利用時もレジの店員さんの接客は気持ちよかったです。
テイクアウト商品は一つずつ、どこに何が入ってるか確認してくれました。
テイクアウトで両手がふさがってるため、ドア開けてくださいました。
ありがたかったです♪
料理はもちろんどれも美味しかったです♪
また利用します。
