★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いろんなクチコミがあるが、個人の感想なら気にしない方がいいと思います。チェーン店でも、店により少し違いがあるのは仕方がない。ただ接客や片付けなどは、やはり俺の青春ラブコメはまちがっている。食べ物を扱うので衛生に気を付けるべきです。先客が食べ残しの残骸が多少残っていれば嫌な気がします。店側も店員に徹底するべきです。不愉快になり帰ってしまう人もいるのですから。気を付けてください。

店内は清潔でした。
休日だったせいがお子様連れもいらっしゃり、店内満席のようでした。
ココスの朝食バイキングは好きですが、草加のココス朝食バイキングのほうがもしかしたら品数多いかもしれません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朝食ビュッフェが大人780円と安くよく利用します。
ドリンクバー、サラダ、スープもついており種類が豊富です。私は飲み物はミックス野菜ジュース、玄米茶、アイスコーヒーをいただきました。
本日は麻婆豆腐、ウィンナー、炒り豆腐、酢の物、コロッケ、ワッフル、焼きそば、パスタ、カレーライス、そうめん等がありどれも美味しかったです。
駐車場も広いです。結構混み合うので八時前に入ることをオススメします。
卵かけご飯や納豆もあります。
追記 令和４年現在は床がベタベタであまり清掃されてない様子でした?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店に入って早々顔を見るなり慣れているフリなのか人数を聞かず「お一人様ですね」と席に誘導された‼️たまに友達と行った時も一人扱いされました‼️瑞江店はなんだか店員が全体的に態度が悪い気がする。篠崎店はアルバイトの子もみんな優しくて同じココスとは思えない。あとこの前瑞江店でお釣りを間違えられました。
これからは必ず人数を聞くように‼️聞かなかったらその店員を訴えます‼️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの質が良くない。入ったら会計一組対応中、いらっしゃいませも席の案内もなにもなく自由に座っていい店なのかと歩き出したら｢何名ですか？｣。座って注文したらしたで30分経過しても提供されない。さらに待ち、昼休みが終わるので退店。黙って出るのもよくないなと注文キャンセルの旨伝えるとどうやら入ってなかった？？把握していなかった？？タッチパネルには注文履歴にしっかり表示されていたが(途中何度も確認した)。それについてもただ一言すみませんだけ。2022/03/04お昼帯にいたスタッフは再教育の必要があるのでは。

858円で食べ放題、飲み放題の朝食バイキング。
飲食店の経営は、個人店、大手チェーン店関わらず大変難しいこの事態の中肉汁あふれるハンバーグで人気のココスさんが、朝の7時から提供する朝食とは。。。
ブロッコリー、トマト、ワカメ（＋その他海藻）、キャベツ&レタス、コーンなどが選べるサラダバー、ソーセージとジャガイモのポトフ、麻婆豆腐、スクランブルエッグ、コロッケなどの揚げ物、焼きそば、うどん、白米、炊き込みご飯、カレー、パンケーキ、そして数種類のパン。
全てを一回で食べるのは不可能ですが、なるべく少しずつ多くの種類をいただきました。
このお値段でこの種類ほんとにすごい企業努力だと思います。頭が下がります。その上であえてお願いするならメニューを減らしてでも良いので、何かメインとなるこれが食べたいと思わせる１品が欲しいなぁと思いました。食べ終わった後に記憶に残る何かが今回は感じることができませんでした。
せめて、カリカリベーコン欲しかったなぁ。
858円で何を言ってるのかと思いつつ。。。すみません。
