中学ぐらいに電車で近鉄大久保駅から徒歩で2分くらいの商店街にポツリっとあった店で、週に2、3回は学割食べに行ってました。 後噂で店が移転したと友達に聞いて行ってみたら、相変わらずの愛想良さで何か凄く懐かしい感じでした。 でもラーメンは第一旭?って感じでしたが、大将が楽しそうに常連客と話しをしてるの見てたら、何か良かった様な?第一旭の味知りたかったら城陽店当たり前ですけど本店にどうぞ!

開店時間前と気付かずフライングしてしまい 大変申し訳無かったのですが 大将は何も言わずに料理を出してくれました 感謝です。 醤油と聞いてサラッとした感じと思いきや 醤油なのにしっかり濃厚で 麺の多さも私好みに多めでめちゃくちゃ美味かったです。 大将の気前の良さとか抜きに店はお世辞に綺麗とはいえませんが 古いので仕方ない 掃除してない不潔さはありません ですが 味は間違いないです!次回も寄るならここに行きたいですね!評価はイマイチですが 味はピカイチです。

大将とは高校生時代(当時は別の支店にいらしてました)から、かれこれ30年以上のお付き合いになります。 高校出てから就職で他の地方に住んでますが、里帰りすると必ずお店行って大将に近況報告しがてらここでラーメン食べます。 僕にとっては京都に帰ってきたと実感できる、懐かしささえ感じる味です。

After graduating from high school, I have lived in other regions for employment, but when I go home, I always go to the store and report the latest situation to the general, so I eat ramen here. 元祖と書いてあるから塩小路の店と一緒かと思ったら、かなり違いました。 申し訳ないけどココは私の好きな第一旭ではありません。

第一旭の初期からFC本部崩壊(?)まで見てきた生き字引みたいな大将ですが、親しみやすくて手が空いてる時には色んな事を教えてくれます。 第一旭にしてはやや脂少なめかな?最近はお店が減って昔の第一旭の味もよく思い出せません? 高齢のお客さんも多いからその好みに合わせてなのか、店主が年輩のラーメン店にありがちな麺が軟らかい傾向がありますので、「麺硬め」でオーダーすると京都・滋賀の人間なら懐かしさを感じる(確か近藤製麺?)シコシコとした麺が味わえますので、柔らかめが苦手な方は「硬めで」と注文することをお勧めします。 冬はネギが柔らかく旨味を増す季節。第一旭と言えば「ネギ多め」が無料なのも嬉しいです(ネギ増量が有料のラーメン店でネギ抜きで割引になるのを見たことが無い)。九条ネギなのかな?横綱のネギとは雰囲気が違います。 他にも「野菜多め」でサービスでモヤシも増やしてもらえます。昨今関西でも増えてきた二郎系の野菜増し程ではありませんが、第一旭のモヤシはスープにも焼豚にも合うと私は思います。あ、おろしニンニクが欲しい場合は伝えればもらえます。たぶん普通はニンニク抜きで提供されてるかと。 若い頃は学割ラーメンにお世話になりましたが、最近ではジャンボかデラックス。たまには久しぶりにターローも頼んでみようかな?ライスも欲しいですね 夕方になると常連さんが続々と訪れます。大将の「お疲れ様です」の挨拶も心地良い響き? 中にはボトルキープしている常連さんもおられ、こちらのお店の居心地の良さが窺えます。 毎日の様に通う常連さんもおられるのでしょうか、そういう方を飽きさせないようなおでん等の酒の肴になりそうなサイドメニューも魅力的です。 常連さんはお酒を楽しむ方もおられますが、私は何度か行っていますが、特にウザ絡みされることも無いですし、店内で喫煙されるお客さんも少ないのか換気が良いのか、タバコの苦手な私でも気になることはありません。 店は古くてボロいし、常連さんがお酒を楽しんでいる、でもそれは別に私に影響を与えてくるわけではないですし、美味しくてホッとする味なので好きです。 結局は好き嫌いの問題だと思います。 自宅からは微妙な距離ですが、いつか私もここで一杯やりたいし、何ならボトルキープしてポツポツ通いたいくらいです。気を張らなくて良いのが嬉しい。
