おっさんがユニクロの服着て、一般家庭の台所で料理したオムライスを出すスタイルみたいです。
おっさんは態度も悪く、注文を成立させるのも苦労します。
私が来店した時は海外のお客様もいましたが、困ったような顔をしてましたよ。
あと注文してから食事が出てくるまで時間かかり過ぎです。
オムライス作るのに何十分かかっているんですか？
ハム入りのオムライスを注文しましたが、近くのデリシアで買ってきた丸いハムを四つに切っただけでしょ。
味は濃いだけ、ポムの樹の方が断然おいしいです！
長年元町で営業している様ですが、よく閉店しないものだと驚きます。
もうここには行きません。

まず昼時の閑古感、店内には誰も居らず我々が来店しても店主は挨拶もしない。その上、テーブルに水も出さなければオーダーも自ら取りに来ないような接客力、そしてオーダーしたイチオシのアボカド系オムライスが味の不協和音しかなくとても不味い。味のしない大カットのアボカドにこれまた明太子なのかタラコなのか判別不明なほどに風味の飛んだ明太子ソースもどき、そもそもチキンライス？←これも無味 に卵を包まない載せただけの物を個人的にはオムライスとは承知しかねない。包む技術が無いのかはたまためんどくさいのかは謎だが。
オムライスの見た目だけに囚われ過ぎていてそれでいて中身は非常に低クオリティだった。大カットのぬるく味の無いようなトマトをオムライスに載せていて、コイツが余計オムライスを不味くしている。
後、ランチサービスに出された濁った口当たりの悪いぬるいスープや鮮度を一切感じさせないクタクタなサラダもおよそ「専門店」で出すレベルでは無かった。
それ以前にラフな服で出迎える心構えは理解に苦しむ。
後、営業中にホールで雑用道具広げているな‼️馬鹿野郎‼️非常に不愉快だ‼️
昼飯時に閑古鳥が鳴いている理由もおのずと納得がいく。長くは無いなここは、そして再訪の価値も無し☆１すらあげたくない、むしろ☆－３、二度と行かない。

店主の方とは二言三言、言葉を交わし、
悪い人じゃないのは感じますが、
松本市には熱い気持ちで飲食店をやられているところもたくさんありますので、そうじゃないところはそんな気持ちを持つ人たちの足を引っ張らないようにしていただきたい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 丁度ランチタイム（11:30～15:00）にお店に入ったものだから、スープとサラダ付でオムライスをいただくことができました。ふわっとしたとろけるような感じでとても美味しかったです。お店の方の愛想がちょっときになりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ご主人は確かに口下手でとても朴訥な印象の方でしたが、オムライス自体は絶品でした。モールの中等場所がよければもっと人入りがよくなっていただろうなという感じです。店内の内装も小洒落ていて、アクリル板がしっかり配置されており感染対策も文句なしで安心して食事ができました。また行きたいです。

誤魔化しの効かないシンプルな具材で勝負。卵にチキンライス。親子丼もいいけど、洋食屋さんって感じを味わいたい時ありますよね？
どこかノスタルジックでシンプルなオムライスを味わいたいなら、ラガーアリスおすすめです。
フワフワトロトロの卵はトマトの旨味をたっぷりと閉じ込めて、少し懐かしい甘さのデミグラスと混ざり合います。
ケチャップと鳥の旨味を含んだチキンライスにスプーンが進みますね。
