私は契約時に家賃を自動引き落としでお願いしましたが、アクア21の対応不足でいつの間にか振り込みでの家賃払いになってました。
そのため、家賃振り込みになっているのを気付かず、家賃支払いが遅れてしまい、結果的には家賃+手数料を支払わされました。
信頼が０です。呆れましたよ。
みなさんも気をつけてください。
私はここで契約したことをすごく後悔しています。
